PVA three-dimensional water-soluble cotton is the first domestic model that has invested heavily in introducing high-end equipment and professional and technical talents in China. It has successfully developed the first domestic model: three-dimensional embroidery (cold water-soluble cotton), breaking the high-price situation of foreign monopoly, and truly bringing environmentally friendly and affordable new materials to domestic customers. It has been used for: three-dimensional embroidery, hollow embroidery for 13 years, water-soluble cotton, low temperature, fast dissolution, colorless after dissolution, etc. Water-soluble cotton is developed for three-dimensional embroidery: the thickness reaches 3mm, and the weight is 300g/㎡m³. The conventional gram weights are 200 grams, 300 grams, and 400 grams, and the thickness of 200 grams is equivalent to 2mm, and so on; other gram weights can also be customized. It has an ideal low water-soluble temperature; good acid and alkali resistance, and it is odorless and colorless after being dissolved in water. The aqueous solution is colorless and transparent, and can naturally biodegrade in a short time. It can reduce the risk of color sample variation, low-temperature water-soluble fabrics are not easy to burn, and there is no residue on the embroidery; it is environmentally friendly and easy to soluble, and is an excellent three-dimensional embroidery water-soluble lining material. Can be customized for special specifications and wide widths.

READ MOREAs an environmentally friendly functional material, cold water melted cotton (such as PVA three-dimensional water-soluble cotton) is widely used in three-dimensional embroidery, hollow embroidery and other fields. Its core performance - water absorption and air permeability, directly affects the use effect and user experience of the product. Optimizing these two properties requires starting from multiple dimensions such as material formula, production process, and post-processing technology, while combining targeted improvements with industry needs.
1. Adjustment of material formula
The main raw material of cold water melted cotton is polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and the hydroxyl groups in its molecular chain give the material hydrophilicity. The water absorption can be further improved by the following methods:
2. Physical structure design
3. Process parameter optimization
Breathability is the key to avoid stuffiness and maintain comfort in cold water melted cotton in applications such as embroidery. It is necessary to balance the dissolution rate and air permeability.
1. Material compounding and lamination technology
2. Process innovation
3. Improved environmental adaptability
In the field of three-dimensional embroidery, cold water melted cotton needs to meet the requirements of rapid dissolution at low temperature (usually below 60°C) without leaving residue. Anhui Haita New Material Technology Co., Ltd.'s PVA three-dimensional water-soluble cotton achieves performance balance in the following ways:
